Commercial Laundry Pricing in London

Transparent pricing that scales with your property. We quote per-turnover, per-item, per-kilo, per-occupied-room or fixed-fee monthly — whichever fits your operation.

How is London commercial laundry priced?

Commercial laundries in London typically price in one of five ways: per-turnover (Airbnb hosts), per-kilo (high-volume operators), per-item (boutique hotels), per-occupied-room (aparthotels), or fixed-fee monthly (large hotels and portfolios). At Snow Laundry, collection and delivery are free across London, there is no minimum order, and same-day turnaround does not carry a surcharge.

Five pricing models — pick the one that fits your operation

Airbnb hosts & short-let operators

Per-turnover

One flat rate per full guest turnover — sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats. Priced by bedroom count.

Best for: Short-lets with regular guest turnover and predictable linen mix.
High-volume hotels & restaurants

Per-kilo

Priced by the weight of linen collected. Lowest headline rate but variable load-to-load. Suits stable, high-volume operators.

Best for: Large hotels, restaurants with consistent linen throughput.
Boutique hotels & detail-oriented operators

Per-item

Priced line-by-line: sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel, robe. Most transparent model for auditing.

Best for: Boutique hotels, operators with specific quality tiers across linen types.
Aparthotels & mid-market hotels

Per-occupied-room

One rate per room-night sold. Laundry cost scales directly with revenue — useful when occupancy swings.

Best for: Aparthotels, mid-market hotels where cost should track occupancy.
Large hotels & portfolios

Fixed-fee monthly

Predictable flat monthly cost with a volume ceiling. Overage billed only above threshold.

Best for: 100+ room hotels, Airbnb portfolios of 20+ properties.

Pricing questions, answered

How much does Airbnb laundry cost in London?

Airbnb linen turnover in London is typically priced per-turnover or per-kilo. A one-bedroom short-let turnover (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath and hand towels) falls within a standard per-turnover band depending on linen mix. Request a quote for your specific property for exact pricing.

How much does hotel laundry cost per room in London?

Per-occupied-room pricing in London typically ranges £4–£9 depending on hotel category, linen mix and collection frequency. Budget aparthotels sit near the bottom of the range; boutique hotels with spa towels and bathrobes sit near the top.

Do you charge for collection and delivery?

No. Collection and delivery are free across London for all commercial accounts at Snow Laundry — hotels, Airbnb hosts, restaurants and event venues.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order for new commercial accounts. We work with single-property Airbnb hosts and 200-room hotels on the same pricing principles — you pay for what you actually use.

Are there surcharges for same-day or emergency laundry?

There is no surcharge for same-day turnaround at Snow Laundry — same-day uses the same per-turnover or per-kilo pricing, subject to route capacity. Emergency out-of-hours deliveries are quoted case-by-case.

Can I get a fixed monthly price?

Yes. For hotels and Airbnb portfolios with predictable volume, we offer fixed-fee monthly contracts that include a volume ceiling with overage billing above a threshold. Useful when you need a forecastable P&L line for laundry.

What's included in a linen hire package?

Linen hire packages include the linen itself (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats), all cleaning, finishing and pressing, free collection and delivery, and replacement of worn-out stock. You don't buy or store linen yourself.
